The Dart and Marlin is a dynamic space that attracts a diverse clientele. We have a strong commitment to customer service and consistently provide a high level of hospitality in a relaxed environment.

Successful applicants need to have a strong attention to detail, be committed learners and above all else have a desire to establish a welcoming and professional setting for staff and customers. We are a small, strong and friendly team of hard-working individuals.

Weekend and night time work will be the main hours required.

Though experience in a busy hospitality environment is valuable, full on-the-job training will be provided.

The job is ongoing with approximately 15 hours or two to three shift hours a week.
